Content Ownership
- You agree to not use srmusic.in services to upload any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party.
- By using the srmusic.in service, you represent and warrant that you are the author and copyright owner and/or proper licensee with respect to any uploaded content.
- You further represent and warrant that no content violates the trademark or rights of any third party.
Prohibited Content
You agree to not use srmusic.in services to upload any content that:
- Spreads messages of terror or depicts torture
- Is related to pornography
- Harms minors in any way, including any form of child pornography
- Contains animal sex or violence
- Contains any other illegal content
Failure to comply may result in your account being banned by YouTube. SR Music also reserves the right to suspend your service in such an event.
Service Availability
- srmusic.in relies heavily on APIs provided by YouTube and Google. Therefore, the service cannot be guaranteed if any of these are not functioning.
- Features may have to be added, changed, or removed as and when APIs (or their rules) are changed.
Data Collection
When you authenticate with Google, we use the YouTube Scope to:
- Retrieve YouTube Channel information (Channel ID, Channel Name)
- Retrieve OAuth Access Token
- Allow srmusic.in to upload videos to your YouTube account
- View and manage your videos and playlists
We will NOT view, manage, or post comments on your YouTube activity without your explicit consent.
