When you authenticate with Google, we use the YouTube Scope to:

Potentially, authentication gives SR Music the ability to:

• View and manage your videos and playlists
• View and manage your YouTube activity, including posting public comments

We will NOT manage your YouTube activity or post comments without your explicit consent!

• Access Tokens: OAuth access tokens are stored securely and are automatically refreshed as needed. Refresh tokens are retained until you revoke access.

How to Delete Your Data:

You have complete control over your data and can delete it at any time through the following methods:

• Revoke YouTube Access: You can revoke SR Music's access to your YouTube data at any time via the Google Security Settings page. This will immediately disconnect your YouTube channel from our platform and we will no longer have access to your YouTube data.
• Delete Channel Connection: Within your SR Music dashboard, you can disconnect or delete any connected YouTube channel. This will remove all associated YouTube data from our servers.
• Delete Account: You can request account deletion by contacting us at support@srmusic.in. Upon receiving your request, we will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.
• Automatic Deletion: If you revoke access via Google Security Settings, all OAuth tokens and related permissions are immediately invalidated and deleted from our system.

What Happens When You Delete Your Data:

• All YouTube channel information and statistics are permanently removed from our database
• OAuth access and refresh tokens are permanently deleted
• Any uploaded videos or content associated with your account are removed
• Your account information is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered
• Anonymized analytics data may be retained for legal and compliance purposes, but will not contain any personally identifiable information

Data Retention for Legal Compliance:

We may retain certain information for a limited period after deletion if required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or compliance with legal obligations. Any such retained data will be minimal and securely stored.
